Why do I get a login screen when I am already logged in?
We have seen instances where Internet Explorer requires Trusted Sites for our online system. We recommend trying to add the following Trusted Sites to your settings.
In Internet Explorer:
Select Tools
Select Internet Options
Select the Security tab
Select Trusted Sites
Select Sites
Ensure the check box is NOT checked for “Require server verification…”
Add each of the sites one at a time:
https://*.ecolab.com
https://*.myecolab.com
https://*.force.com
https://*.salesforce.com
https://*.okta.com
https://*.nalco.com
https://*.steton.com
https://*.foodauditwebsite.com
Select Close and finish by selecting OK
Another alternative is to use Google Chrome as your browser.
I’m getting an access error when I try to log in.
Try completely closing your browser before trying to sign in again. If the issue persists, try clearing the cache or cookies. Your browser may be trying to use old data to make the connection which can result in a sign in error.
If you have previously signed on and are having trouble accessing another account, click the Logout button in the upper right hand corner to completely end your previous session.
I have not received access to the Customer Portal or need to have my access updated.
Check your inbox for your login information. If you have not received an email, and would like to request access to the Customer Portal or need to have your access updated or changed due to changing locations, please contact customer service.
